All Leprecon ULD dimmers are designed for operation with either 50 or 60 hz power. These dimmers will also reliably operate with a AC line voltage of as low as 90VAC.

Since Japanese power systems have a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz at a nominal 100VAC line, ULD dimmers will operate satisfactorily in Japan.
